Gaslighting is My Love Language
Fresh off a successful international tour at the Edinburgh Fringe and Leicester Festival, it was featured in the UK Times: “Their marriage was like the Exxon Valdez supertanker leaking gallons of oil in your home. Gaslighting is My Love Language is about Fielding being gaslit for 13 ½ years by a character actor husband. Fielding is an intimacy-avoidant, charming woman who just wanted a boyfriend and ended up in a 13-year marriage or “light hostage situation.” It won "best comedy" at United Solo fest in 2024 and will be returning to NYC for an Off-Broadway run. It’s a 21st century Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf but instead of parlor games and prosecco, it’s wordle and microdosing sheet cakes.

“A brilliant one-woman show about leaving her husband of 13 years and why she had to seems like a natural progression for this incredibly talented woman.”
— NoHo Arts
“Fielding Edlow’s Gaslighting is My Love Language is a brutally honest, unapologetically explicit, and immensely entertaining hour of comedy.”
— NorthWestEnd UK
“Fielding Edlow is a performer of an intense and almost neurotic joy. Confident and wonderfully self-deprecating, her stage presence is immediately captivating.”
